Have been to numerous onsen stay in Japan, this one ranks one of the best if not the best. The set dinner is overwhelming, the service is the best I have encountered in all my stay; After we have checked out of the hotel & as we were early for the public bus, we waited at hotel open area. The staff came to confirm our bus timing & specially made some traditional Japanese tea & served it with candies too. The thoughtful service really made our day. Thank you.

We stayed two nights - We love the personalised service and care of the all the staffs especially the Beautiful Host MiKaSan 美華. This Onsen provide great quality breakfast meals and different dinner plans for us ! Blow fish , Scorpion fish ! She pay attention to our needs and small details to make our stay very happy ! She offered us a free ride to aquarium and play nice music in the lobby , walkways for us when we leave the room and walk around . The sea view from the room was super cool and it’s very peaceful to stay here . This is a great place for peace , calming , relaxation and nice food ! The location beside the Sea of Japan is spectacular. The room was very comfortable. Above all, the staff were excellent, particularly Angelica.

It’s located right next to the sea. Great views. I had to arrive way early before check-in time due to the train schedule and they were accommodating to allow me to check-in early. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lead to our rooms and were introduced to the facilities at the hotel. The dinner was fabulous, service at dinner was excellent.
